There are however some countries we cannot ship to. If your country is not in the drop down list at checkout we are sorry but we are unable to ship to you. When will my order be dispatched? Most UK orders are dispatched by first class mail, standard parcels or courier within one to two working days of your order being placed and payment received. When will my order arrive? Royal Mail aim to deliver more than 90% of first class mail by the next working day but this cannot be guaranteed. Their standard parcels service aims to deliver within 1-5 working days but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders delivered by courier service are delivered within 1-2 working days. Larger items (for example Castles) will be sent by courier and will need to be signed for. Express items will also need to be signed for. Orders Returned to Us by Royal Mail/Courier Please note that if your order is returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier as a result of your failure to collect the item or as a result of your failure to rearrange delivery with the Courier, after a failed delivery attempt, you will charged a further postage cost if you wish us to resend the item to you. This includes periods of time when we have a free postage offer. Returns Policy? We have a 30 day no quibble return and refund or replacement policy. Should you wish to return unwanted goods please send them back in their original condition for a refund. They must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. The refund will not include postage costs. Please e-mail us prior to sending the item back, to let us know that you will be returning the item and ensure that you include your sales receipt/invoice.
